I am pleased to welcome everyone to the Blesk estate website. This project emerged as a result of rethinking my 25 years of experience in real estate, marketing, and management.

Having received a degree in management in Moscow and an MBA from California State University, I began my career working in international corporations such as Xerox, MSD, Baker McKenzie, and Ogilvy. I then transitioned into real estate, joining a respected agency that became part of the international network Savills. I have remained in this field for a long time, and it has become a significant part of my life.

As the Marketing Director, and later as the Director of the International Real Estate Department and the Private Office division, I have implemented a vast number of projects alongside internal teams and partners worldwide: promoting properties, branding, organizing events, and selling real estate across various markets while working with clients. These projects and transactions have ranged from complex to straightforward, large to small – from the Caribbean Islands to Bahrain, and from Moscow to London: residential and commercial properties, residence permits, and second passports.

Now, I utilise all this experience to provide services in the format of a personal advisor for clients across different segments, not only for premium properties purchase. After all, a personalised approach is essential in any real estate transaction. Buying or selling is always a significant decision in a person's life, requiring a delicate touch and attention to detail.
